May 2020 Version: I’m a high school English teacher in the PNW who likes to travel, cook, garden, read and sew.
August 2013 Version: I have come to the point where I think I need to decide what I want to do with my life… I’ve decided that I’m either going to get a phd or become a celebrity chef. But then I thought, “what if I wrote about food and how much I love it.” or “what if I travel, teach and eat!” That thought encompassed everything– my love of writing, travel and creating tasty dishes.
I am taking off on a worldwide adventure in September. I am leaving behind my cat, friends, family and I am taking on adventure.
Also, I really love juicing. And my cat, Desmond.
